- Made enhancements to the Neology Job Queue System, a task and project tracking system that managed the workflow of all Neology employees.
- Planned, documented, and developed an application for fast online polling. The application included a website module for polling website visitors, an administrative interface allowing Neology online managers, production staff, and development staff to customize the overall poll appearance, and an administrative interface allowing Neology clients and online managers to add and maintain poll questions.
- Developed a suite of ColdFusion custom tags to dynamically build online forms. Together, these tags offered many layouts and supported many types of data and data validation. Each tag had several modes with an overall effect of a continuous forward flow of integrated input and error checking, a user confirmation/changes page, and variable output for data logging, emailing, and database storage.

- Created the online version of the World Airline Entertainment Association's industry newsletter, WAEA Industry News, and adapted the contents of 14 issues. The newsletter was set up with ColdFusion to generate multiple article pages from single issue templates.
- Created a series of online forms for many different professional associations. Many of the forms involved secure online payment - conference registrations, conference exhibitor registrations, sponsorships, etc. Some of the forms were simple nonsecure forms - online surveys, call for papers abstract submissions, etc.
- Redesigned the website for the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers. The project included modifying all existing content, creating and applying a sitewide stylesheet, developing a three-level dynamic HTML navigation script for multiple browsers, and developing sitewide "Email this page" and "Print this page" features.
- Redesigned the Suburban Newspapers of America website. The project included adding new content, modifying all existing content to fit the new design, and working with both onsite and offsite developers to integrate new applications and dynamic content into the website.
